Based off the wrapper, it looks like you got your burger tossed in our “Nashville Hot” which is dipped in a spicy seasoned oil and coated with our spicy seasoning blend. Although a popular choice with many of our guests, perhaps not the best choice for your preferences. We would have been more than happy to replace your burger for you with something more to your liking while you dined with us. We would love for you to give us another try.
