(They’re all studying to be lawyers, doctors and the leaders of tomorrow) costing. When I ask 1 employee how to maximize the profit of 1 tub of yoghurt they make the portions small. When I ask another, they make the portions big. One values profit, the other values, “value for money”. My advice, next time you want to complain, complain to me. That way, I’m able to teach a 16 year old, how their interpretation of profit, has affected the consumer. To complain on line, has no benefit other that to give the complainer a perceived power. Are you plant of the problem, or plant of the solution?
