Here’s the note from the owner—. All of our bagels are 100% vegan except for the ones with cheese in them (spinach feta, cheddar dill). The basic plain dough is flour, malt, yeast, and water. Obviously, the flavored dough has added ingredients. There are no eggs or other animal products, though, in any of the flavors other than those already mentioned. Hope this helps, Heather
