Hi Andy Thank you for taking the time to visit us and leave a review. I remember your group vividly. Many of the group were really friendly and understood that you had arrived on an exceptionally busy day. i dispute some of your comments - 90 minutes BEFORE SERVED. That wasn't true, you were served soon after your group arrived but were advised there would be a delay with food coming our due to the number of people on the day you arrived. You could see we were very busy and our menu clearly states that at busy times there may be a delay. ALL our food is freshly prepared and cooked to order - just how our customers like it and how we like to serve it. I also dispute NO EXPLANATION as to the wait (comment above) and no Avocado. It was I who explained we had an exceptionally busy morning and had, unfortunately, run out of Avocado's on the day of your visit. On rare occasions, certain items will run out - not just at our establishment. There were other options available that were suitable for Vegans. Regarding timings, as her late Majesty once said "recollections may vary"! Regarding pricing, I'm not sure where you visit, but I can assure you our pricing is very competitive compared to many tearooms around us and we use the freshest ingredients at all times. In September 2023, we shall be introducing a Vegan specific menu to sit alongside our regular menu. I hope you may choose to revisit at some point but at busy times, there may still be a delay in receiving your freshly prepared food. Kind regards Stuart
