Hey there - thanks for checking us out. We're a super small family owned business that specializes in ice cream made from animal dairy products. Even so, we really put great effort into crafting food and treats that are vegan/dairy free. Our small food menu consists of 8 items, 4 of which are vegan. We offer 8 flavors of ice cream/sorbets daily - all of which we make on site - and out of those 8, at least 1 is vegan. Usually, we have 2 vegan sorbets. The passionfruit sorbet is the only one (we make 10 different sorbets) that contains honey. We hope to offer a coconut base, vegan ice cream at our shop soon. Our team member that described the lemon sorbet was likely young and still learning the ropes, but a more sophisticated description of our lemon sorbet would be tart, with generous zest, balanced sweetness, and a smooth mouthfeel. Either way, most folks think it's pretty darn tasty.
