Hello and thanks for the review! We do use fresh and mostly organic stuff, therefore we are not competing with lowest prices. We do "peel&slice" veggies ourselves which is not the case unfortunately in every Finnish restaurant. BTW, on lunchtime we have a theme- so Indian vibes are about once a week, other wibes other days =) Hope to see you again, Mirka
