Happy Vegans Owner and the management changed about 3 months ago. The old baklava was from a mass production. As soon as we got the information that the place produce it changed the oil because of low demand of Vegan baklava. We informed and warned our customers. Our new baklava is homemade, specially baked just for Happy Vegans. We provide the Vegan butter ourselves. All foods in the Restaurant is 100 % Vegan and Soy Free. We have a new menu now.
