No, you walk up and order so there aren't servers coming by asking you how things are so you can't "send it back." I would've had to walk up to the counter and complain about the food, after I'd already bothered her about the coffee. I'm a very nonconfrontational person and I was already past my limit. Plus we were starving and it was a 40ish minute wait for our food, there were only 3 tables, and they had people waiting. I'm not going to wait that long again or make them cook my food for me again when the kitchen is already behind. My coffee was different because they didn't give me what I'd ordered and it doesn't take nearly as long to make an iced latte. I don't see how they possibly could've fixed the food without making us something completely different and we didn't have time to wait another 40+ minutes and we wanted what we'd ordered! It just didn't taste good, that's my opinion. I'm sorry you didn't like my review but I was disappointed and I stand by what I said.
