Hi John Thanks for coming in and supporting year after year. We source ingredients locally so they are subject to change with availability, for instance if you were missing our old buffalo cauliflower wrap/bowl, the deer ate all the cauliflower and cauliflower plants so we really haven't been able to get cauliflower in a year or so. There's other examples like this as well haha. Which sucks in some ways but forces us to get creative and sometimes come up with the best new dish ever! Hope we see you again next time and perhaps we'll have that dish for you available again.
