Dearest customer,I'm the manager of Loving Hut Hoa Dang Vegan restaurant and this morning I saw you at the restaurant (you were in the grey T-shirt) eating everything (Vietnamese pancake and cheese cake) to the last bite. My waiter even asked you to make sure if everything was good and you said yes. At that time we had 2 waiters (we don't have any waitress as you mentioned above) serving 4 people; one receptionist stood at the door to open the door and help out seniors or handicap who are welcomed at our place always. I have no clues why you think she annoyed you and 2 waiters were "way too many staff". We were here being passionate about promoting the vegan diet and change people' eating habit in the city that vegan and vegetarian is still something strange and weird. We're trying our best and happy to receive all constructing feedback of customers in order to improve our services. However I really doubt whether you have another purpose with your untrue reviews or not. P/s: We never ever ask customers a good reviews for discount.We having a promotion 5% off for everyone checking in us on Yelp, Facebook and giving us feedback on Happy cow. Please say exactly the truth. Thank you anyway :)
