Would you mind to be more specific when you said "bad mixed" and "awful service"? There are few things I wanted to tell you about the fact that our price has risen. After 3 months opened, I have added more imported ingredients that already have high price plus import tax. And step by step I have replaced commercial products to eco friendly and organic products. It's not just about the quality of my place but also I hope I can contribute something to improve our environment. Secondly, about the cold food, please let me know which dish you ordered. There must be a mistake that day as we always cook after receiving orders. I would like to have you visit us again so that we can make a better visit for you.
