I would suggest you to ask for the charges or see the menu properly as every restaurant has a note written on their menu and if not then you can ask. Also you have mentioned "Adequate level of sanitation", which meant that you like their high level of hygiene and that is what you pay for extra or can eat on roadside food where they give you small chair and table, no Air condition, no hygiene. It means your review is not at all relevant. Travelers and locals should understand why and what they are paying for and if they do not agree to anything then can select other options which can fit to their mindset and pockets. Rather, just writing an review without thinking anything. Kindly analyze first that whatever you are writing will actually help others or its just your point of view.
