Hey, we're new to HappyCow, so we're just seeing this review now. We're really sorry that our team let you down, and that you didn't have a good experience. We normally make really awesome chili and muffins, and we train staff to be able to help people navigate our menu, and pick the best options. It sounds like we didn't do a great job during your visit. I assure you, that's not our normal standard. We hope you'll give us another try if you're in the area again.
