We've been in contact with happycow for a few weeks now to change the "cheap" indication, because we're not. that being said you also don't get cheap food. This could have avoided you coming all the way up to 5street, (7 minute walk from the water) Our prices also reflect the effort of sustainable space, low waste, handmade, time consuming menu, not our location to the centre. People are usually here on vacation & enjoy to spend time here, but 1.5 hours to get drinks or menu is not realistic, just to say. If you were in a rush we typically ask people to let us know, or to be understanding of, yes it's only the two of us (owners not staff) working on this activism project as it stands. Its a concept space, not a typical restaurant. Safe travels.
