Dear Susana, First of all, thank you for your visit and interest in having lunch at our restaurant. When you guys arrived, I (me and the chef are the two owners of the place) went immediately to you and explained the situation that we had a group of 15 people that booked for 12pm last minute (they booked at 11am for 12pm and we are making their meals) and that we are just 2 people and that we can serve you anything of our cold meals (selection of 6 starters and 1 main) or that in 30 min we could start making the hot dishes. You didn't want to understand the situation and me and the chef had to explain you several times all over again, still you insisted on wanting hot dishes in that moment, while other our guests were waiting for me to have their drinks served. You couldn't or didn't want to wait (and we understand that) and you left. We had other clients at the same time that understood perfectly and ordered from the available dishes and were very happy. This is the same with any other restaurant or service, when the capacity is full. Once we reach our capacity, we explain the situation to our guests and offer alternatives if available. We explained you the situation straight away, offered options and didn't let you wait and therefore we think that your review is out of context. We invite you to come again, ideally book in advance. Try the our food and make a review based on that.
