Thank you for your review. As a little family-owned bakery with a small staff we only bake in the morning, from 4am until noon, more or less. Presumably you came in the late afternoon, when obviously the pastries are a little less fresh, but we are glad you still found them enjoyable. :) "French fries" are a very simple product which you can spice up with our homemade ketchup or mayonnaise. ;) Thanks again.
