Hi Maj, you ordered the Sharing Box in the photos through JustEat and so any complaints needed to be made through Just Eat. We told you this but you didn’t follow it up with them. Your initial claim was that the doughnuts were mouldy, which they are not, they are freshly made and it is raspberry jam soaking into the sponge that you are looking at. You then changed your story to say there was a smell when you cut the products open. A large number of doughnuts from the exact same batch as yours went out to a major client of ours at the same time as your order. If they were indeed inedible as you claim, our client would be the first to let us know as they would have a major issue on their hands. They haven’t because the products are of our normal freshly made, top quality standard.
