This doesn't match my experience at all. I work nearby this cafe and have lunch or dinner there at least once per week. I've never got the impression that the food or environment was unclean. Every time I have been I have had great coffee, and delicious fresh, healthy food. I'm not trying to discount your experience, I just wanted to offer my own response in the hope that your review doesn't dissuade others from trying this place.
