I can confirm those statements! I myself had a good first impression when I tastet "Matt's Lemonade" (apples, lemons, mint and ginger) and Chia pudding. As I don't live in Zürich I had am not as often in Roots as I would like to. But my sister is a frequently guest and loves the new opportunity to have some tasty and healthy vegan food while shopping. But see for yourself.
