The owner attempted to give you the contact information of the person who could help. At no point did the owner yell or treat you and your husband in a disrespectful manner. It had been explained to you how it was out of our control, then offered the number to the owner of the location your order was sent to, and where the mistake was as the customer who did not check where their order was going when it was placed. Then again explained this same thing multiple times to your husband. We even said thank you as your husband walked away. I am fully confident in the way this was handled by the staff and myself as the owner.
