Thank you for your review and comments. The menu is still evolving and will have more home cooked items eventually. As the kitchen is only small I have nowhere to site a bain marie or hot hold so this has to be taken into consideration when menu planning. Just a note regarding the fried items - currently the only things that are done this way are the chips, onion rings, hash brown and fried bread. All other items are either dry fried in a non stick pan or oven cooked. If you have any suggestions as to the types of food you would like to see on the menu please don't hesitate to get in touch. I am willing to take into account other people's views and dietary needs.
