Dear Clara, thank you for your lovely visits and feedback. We are two co-owners bringing an alternative to a traditional town. We have a long-term project and we want to make a difference. At the moment, we are not in the position to hire staff, especially in the low season. Saturdays the restaurant gets busy and we are looking for a person that shares our values and would want to help for few hours, so far without success. We hope to welcome you again.
