Hi E&J, Thank you for taking the time to review our restaurant. 👏 We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the burgers and nuggets, but we apologize that the loaded Truffle Parmesan Fries did not meet your expectations and we appreciate your feedback regarding the “oily” texture of the food. The Nashville Hot Chick’n is indeed a bit oily (not by accident) because we dip the patty in our homemade Nashville oil mix. ☺️ Loaded fries are always a bit soggy because it’s loaded with sauce as well. For super crunchy fries we suggest to order regular or Cajun Spiced Fries with sauce on the side. 🍟 We're glad that you enjoyed the nuggets and we still hope to see you again soon for another delicious meal (maybe with some other dishes that meet your preferences a bit better ☺️).
