Hi Nick, Great question about possibly different owners running the lunch time and dinner operations. I asked when I was in there last night. I was told that it's a family run enterprise. Different family members cover different shifts (i.e. some people work the lunch shift and others work the evening shift). Thank you for contributing to happycow and the world of vegetarianism.
