Thanks for trying our crêpes! We are sorry our products were not to your taste. We work hard to offer a great variety of products that suits most eaters. To answer your comments, the $1 extra is very inexpensive considering we developed an exclusive vegan batter made from more expensive ingredients (coconut oil, buckwheat flour, almond milk...). We do cook on the same plates in front of our customers, and we state that we have cross contamination as we work in a tight space (traces) for customers allergic to a particular ingredient. It is also your responsibility to inform our staff and accept the risk if you still wish to order. 80% of our sweet menu can be vegan following the green leaf check marks (we do not have a separate menu as we wanted to be more inclusive) and we do have to swap ingredients for obvious reasons. Unfortunately we do not have vegan whipped cream as the demand is very low. As a result the crepes without cream are cheaper than on the menu. Our Gourmande crepe (banana, Belgian dark chocolate and roasted almonds) is loved by all as per the previous reviews. Thanks for trying!
