Oddly enough we saw her open and still working with some food after noon as well. Probably depends on how much clients she gets on a day. One day we ordered 8 take away portions and she ran out of some of the foods there and once she was done serving us she started cooking some more rice and looking for other ingredients. But yeah, better be there sooner than later, it's not always 10+ dishes on choice, frequently it was 6-7 and only one or two not spicy.
