I don't know why you're so set on hurting the reputation of a small, family owned business, but you have never eaten at our restaurant. You came in well over a year ago, left without eating, and proceeded to leave several 1 star reviews stating that you "need more than parsley for breakfast", which I found odd because parsley isn't even on the menu. I politely informed you that we had not only a tofu scramble substitute for our eggs, but two additional vegan proteins, 12 veggies to choose from, vegan cheese, and 3 vegan sauces, and that both our ciabatta and gluten free bread as well as both tortilla options (flour or whole wheat) are vegan as well. And yet here we are nearly a year and a half later, and you're still leaving 1 star reviews for a restaurant you never ate at.
