Hi @vegan_paul. Have you had issues too? I can message you some helpful tips? Luckily for us she had not provided us any services yet so she would have struggled to not give the deposit back. She said she would send it that day and when she didnt do it within an hour my partner phoned her and demanded she do it whilst on the phone which she did. I know other people have strugglrd to get their deposit back as she had provided some sort of service (though not what they agreed/payed for) so i think her response varies according to the situation.
