Hello Chris. Thanks for finding us on Happy Cow. We just listed a few days ago - so I guess that is why our listing is not so visible. Thanks for the glowing review which will certainly help with our placement. We appreciate your comments immensely and they reinforce that our plan to head 100% plant based is definitely do-able. It is a challenge in this peculiar market - mainly touristic and not having a substantial resident population. But we are learning all the time and will continue on the journey. We certainly believe tasty and exciting food can be created using only plant based ingredients and the more we all do this the more wonderful the options will become.
