In saying this, lets respond with truth for those reading this review & wondering! In response to the title "The most awful guests we have had." We are so grateful for our guests, we take pride in our vegan business so love to see people enjoy our Island. This was not the case for this family. Disrespect on the daily, unkind is not enough to describe them, lets start with the daughter who bought a non-guest to the hotel in the middle of the night which is not allowed for security reasons, then the non-guest ran out of the hotel in the middle of the night leaving a used dirty condom in the walkway of the entrance, he also left all the hotel doors open in the middle of the night including the front gate & reception allowing anyone to come in, thankfully we are in a safe neighbourhood & we woke early, so we cleaned their mess and checked the cameras to see what had happened before kindly letting the daughter know what we witnessed, making sure it does not happen again during her stay. Moving onto the father who smoked cigars in a non smoking hotel and then killed our plants by disposing /hiding inside the pot plants. Moving onto you, yes we say good morning, I remember personally saying good morning to you and you ignoring me, just giving me a horrible expression. A good morning was & is always said at breakfast to all our guests by us the owners as we serve breakfast & are here daily running the hotel, hence the personal experiences our guests receive. Just to add how difficult you were, not only did you not want to eat in our garden because you said it wasn't a nice space rudely, you expected us to serve your family privately on the roof terrace while we had yoga classes on. The stress you caused the hotel was unfair, your review is unfair & I believe everyone can see from all the other reviews. Concluding, most likely due to shock of how horrible you were upon check-out instead of asking you to leave, we continued our services & kindly drove you to the airport. Also after all these issues you caused us, we did not charge you additional as per our policy. We have not come across anything like this. Lastly if you did not enjoy Santorini this truly reflects on you not us, you did not participate in our additional experiences offered. Please don't worry all our other guests had a great time with us.
