Most people who live here do not have a tv, unlike Americans. When i lived here that was a thing to do, go to a local shop and watch a movie with your friends. And this is a local restaurant, not tourist oriented. So people will go there and watch tv, as for the volume, maybe the chef was trying to listen from the kitchen. For others who may find the volume loud, just get take away and eat on the street and enjoy the vibes. Glad to hear they're still making the same pie almost 20 years later. PS Don't think the man rich cause he has big screen tv, I'm sure he's making payments to Courts.
