Hello, I'm Matthew. I own Red Clay along with my wife - you might recall speaking with me on your following visit. I'm glad you enjoyed the food though I must confess I'm very confused. When we spoke you explained that you'd had breakfast with us the previous day but that you'd been charged too much. I explained how the mistake occurred and why it occurred, you seemed to understand my explanation and I gave you the correct money back. We all seemed to leave on a positive note, so much so that the money I gave you back you returned to me as a tip. I'm at a loss what we could've done better? A mistake was made with your change, you explained the problem, I explained how the problem arose and gave you the correct change. I'd class that as a mistake not a scam. All the best Red Clay Café
