Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We just moved to a much bigger place and are still finding our new balance. Unfortunately there was a day recently where a staff member was sick while it was an exceptionally busy day. Normally we welcome each individual customer and quickly explain how to order via the code, which does indeed work much faster for everyone. It is certainly not normal that you had to wait an hour for your lunch, usually serving time is within 10-15min after ordering.
