Hi there, and thanks for your response! I'm sorry I was so harsh on the place, I do generally try to look for the positive... I think it's because my expectations were very high and as you say it probably was just a bad day. I'll definitely come back and give it another shot on my next visit. Really hoping for your success as it's clear that a lot of work went into the space. See you next time!
