Thank you for your feedback and acknowledging that my food is super fresh... I try my best to get food and coffee out in a timely manner, most food comes out within 10-15 minutes.... Which is pretty standard in any cafe or restaurant... We were always waiting for daylight savings to start so we could open 6 days a week... We are now open on Saturdays
