Hi Nicola, Sorry to read about your experience (plus lots of others- cannot believe the extent of this!). Are you able to send me the address you had? She gave us an address but strongly believes this is incorrect as its owned and occupied by someone else. Any help you are able to give would be much appreciated. Thank you! Sophie
