Thank you for taking the time to share your valued feedback with us. I am disappointed to hear of the inconsistencies described and have passed this along to our operations and kitchen teams for future improvement and development. We add an optional 12.5% service charge to all of our bills for the benefit of our staff. Guests are under no obligation to pay this and should only do so if they felt that the service and hospitality was amazing so please let us know next time to have it removed.
