I am so sorry to hear you went through this😒we went through a similar thing for our wedding in 2021. Our food was delivered and about 1/3 of the food was missing, meaning guests had to go and buy extra food and the plates were the size of cake plates! We still had to tell our guests to eat lightly which was mortifying. From initially contacting Lynn in August where she initially said she was “mortified” and would get to the bottom of it that very day, I only got a partial refund in January! And that was only after threatening to add a very negative review to this site if she didn’t sort out the refund. She finally complied but I got a pathetic reply saying how she chooses to keep going and look at the positives
basically implying she’d rather just forget any awful mistakes she made and she doesn’t care if she ruined someone’s wedding?!?! I can’t believe how many more negative reviews have been left on here since I last checked, it’s absolutely devastating so many people have been scammed and had their special day ruined! I really hope you receive the justice you deserve!
