hello😄 im glad you really enjoyed the first two times and left us such a good review. but just to clarify im actually the owner of the whole place - not the chef. i cant be there 7 days a week haha. i wasn't scheduled to be in the kitchen today and I just came in for a bit to help out and bring more stock. I'm there as much as I can be. we had a perfectly good other chef working. your comment makes it seem like I just abandoned the place and had no one else there to cook. very far from the truth. i create the dishes yes and i was cooking the last two times you guys had a lovely experience but we are very confused what went wrong this time? we haven't changed our prices at all - its been the same as the last two times you have come and our other lovely chef rita (who I've trained and has been the chef at many other notable vegan restaurants in lisbon) does a good job too. we are a small place and always have two people for staff. our server is a sommelier and enjoys to take her time explaining all the wines we have to each customer. our intentions in the beginning was to only ever be a wine bar😄and the food being secondary but with the popularity of the our tapas plates we also try to cater to the vegan fans who come in. we are truly sorry your last time wasnt as pleasant but I do think using the word "horrible" is a bit harsh on us especially after coming three times. we tried our best. we do plan to change the menu a bit time to time or add new items but we are a totally new restaurant that's only been open for 2 months. we have been working on new stuff but we weren't completely ready yet to unveil any new items yet. i haven't made any social media announcements about it or anything. not sure what our server informed you but I guess it was a mistake. our server too ugne has only said the nicest things about you and your family as well so I guess we are all just a bit confused by this horrible experience?. i sent a message to her and she didn't notice anything wrong all night. we got kind smiles from all our customers tonight. was it really that bad? to bump us all the way down in the star rating after a perfect review ? we do hope you take care and hope you come back again sometime. hopefully we will have different menu options for you to try.
