This has just happened to us as well, Lynn was supposed to cater our wedding this weekend and during the week just stopped returning messages or calls, she hadn’t even finalised menu with us the day before; confirmed that she was catering for the allergy requirements of guests or even her arrival time, so we had to make an alternative plan for food late the night before the wedding. We have requested a refund but she has stopped opening our messages and appears to be screening calls. It would be great to be put in touch with the other couples this has happened to if at all possible so we can find the best course of action to pursue a refund and to try to help stop it happening over and over!
