Sir, I’ve actually written four different versions of a response now but before I can post each one you go and post another copy of your delightful review on another platform, even going so far as to create an account to post a review just for us. I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your mac and cheese, we understand that everyone has different tastebuds and some people enjoy the taste of something where others do not, thats a fact. The mac and cheese is one of our most popular dishes with regular and new customers. As for the comment about “reading reviews elsewhere” I take great offence to this. We have above the board outstanding reviews over several platforms, so if you’d actually checked anywhere else you would have had the same results as you had found here on HappyCow. My employee offered you cake and coffee as compensation and you took us up on the offer of a coffee only, if you wanted a refund or a replacement dish all you had to do was to ask, it’s clear you have no problem voicing your opinion as you’ve posted it in several places now. As a small business we rely on reviews, we bend over backwards to please our customers, we work long hours and put our heart and soul into what we do and I certainly do not need to keep or want your money, so please contact me directly on my email contact@nakedbakery.co.uk with your last four bank card digits and the date you visited and I’ll provide you a refund for your “worst mac and cheese “ and I’m sure you won’t be visiting us again in the future due to your experience with us.
