We pride ourselves on our excellent pizzas and service as reflected by the great reviews we’ve had from customers so are very surprised and disappointed to read of your experience. Our topping portion sizes are normally much larger than you've described here, and our staff are fully trained in all our recipes, so I'm not sure what happened that resulted in a pizza below our normal standard, however I did contact you to see if we would be able to provide you with a refund as you were not entirely satisfied, however you refused.
