Seriously? I really doubt that a just-opened restaurant in Barcelona is the best in town. I also have to disagree with your statement about most restaurants in Barcelona, There are many wondeful spots. Anyway, I'll post my review once I get to taste Rasoterra dishes. Maybe you have raised my expectations :)
