The cover charge thing is the same as per any other restaurant in Italy. I lived in Austria a while back and there was no cover charge there but you paid for the bread by the piece and the waiters don't get a full wage like in Italy but rely on tips. I responded to avoid getting disappointed customers consequent of wrong expectations and also to clarify that the taste expressed by you and the other person with two reviews is related to one table and one single portion of a dish. I don't have any problem with anything, crucial part of my job is make sure that the web reports accurate informations about my place. Thanks again for coming and intending to come back!
