The reason they dont usually work with a lot of vegetables is because their vision of offering food is comfort vegan food, they say "we fool carnivores" so they offer a lot of vegan meats. And yes, the rice & beans/peas, we've told them to fix it multiple times, cause it's dry/undercooked so they need to cook it a little more time, but idky they havent changed it yet.
