You are absolutely right! The staff confuses words "vegan" and "vegetarian" and do not care at all to inform what is what. I ate here every day when I worked nearby and I got to know their menu really well. They have some really nice vegan dishes. But I saw this all the time, that when new people come in they say "we are 100 % vegan" which is not true at all.
