Thank you so much Mika! I'm so glad you enjoyed it, looks like you came for the Vegan Molecular Gastronomy month. This month is 'Featured Farmer,' where we source from 10 local farms for 5 dishes... and of course we use that produce in our other dishes and Happy Hour as well. Thank you!
