Very specific feedback was provided at the time to your staff. Visited again a few weeks later with a group of foodies, not mentioning my previous comments, and their observations were identical to mine. We need you to succeed (I'm told your burgers are pretty good and I've never tried those), but I'm certainly not rushing back and am now running out of people who are willing to accompany me.
