Hello Kaitlin! We were understaffed due to the owner being out of town, 2 team members were sick, and 1 employee was out of town for a memorial. Very unusual weekend ): Also, we team up with other small businesses to source all of our desserts, the cheesecakes are from rawdacious, which is a local company.
