Hi Mike, I apologize for the late reply. I am also sorry you had a less desirable experience. Since you last posted this (which we knew was a huge issue), we have added more servers, and another chef. We got busy so quickly that it took us by surprise. We still sometimes experience slower wait times due to the nature of the food. We hope to continue to improve and grow! Peace
